Gooseberry Patch's Pork Chop Casserole
It tastes (and smells!) like a delicious Sunday dinner - in casserole form! YUM!
Place pork chops in a 9x13" baking dish dish coated with non-stick vegetable spray. Season with pepper and add marmalade. Spread stuffing over pork chops; top with corn. Spoon mashed potatoes over all; dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 375* for 25 minutes. Cover with foil and bake an additional 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings. *Boneless chicken breasts can be substituted for pork.*
