Gooseberry Patch's Pull-apart Pizza

Use low-fat cheese and you have a healthy, easy dinner.

2-10 oz cans refrigerator biscuits
2 Tbs olive oil
Desired amount of pizza sauce
1 can plum tomatoes, drained and chopped
small brocolli florets, optional
1 c. each red and green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbs Italian seasonings
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400. Put the biscuits on a pizza stone or cookie sheet. Arrange next to each other, pressing together. Brush the top of the biscuits with olive oil. Top with the pizza sauce, vegetables, and seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Put it in the center of your table on hot pads; give everyone a plate and just pull off the pieces. Kids really love this....just make sure to watch that they don't burn themselves on the pan.
