Shrimp Veggie Meal

  • 1 bag Schwan's Garlic Herb shrimp
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 small white onion
  • 2 crowns broccoli
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Minced garlic

    I take a bag of Schwan's garlic and herb shrimp and add it to a pan of Olive oil, Soy sauce, minced garlic, and Sesame oil. I just use however much I think would be good and add more as needed. Cook that for about 7 minutes add onion peices and cook until the smaller peices are translucent and the bigger peices are still white. Stirring frequently. Remove the shrimp and set aside. Add Broccoli & bell peppers with more olive oil, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook until almost finished then add a can of mushrooms with some juice. Cook for about 8 minutes then add shrimp. Reheat shrimp then serve alone or with rice.
