Shrimp Caesar Salad Wraps

Serves 2:

1/2 lb cooked shrimp, remove tails and chop in 1/2
splash of Italian dressing
1T or so of fresh dill

Combine these ingredients together and let marinate in the fridge for a few hours.

4-5 Whole Wheat flour tortillas (i used Fajita sized)
1 head romaine lettuce (I buy the romaine hearts)
Caesar salad dressing
fresh grated parmesan cheese

Lay out the tortillas, put on about 1/3 C chopped lettuce, add shrimp to each one and then drizzle with a little Caesar salad dressing. Add parmesan cheese and then roll them up.

I had fresh watermelon and pineapple as a side/dessert.

So refreshing to have a no cook meal and just about zero dishes!!
