Chili

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 10 1/2 oz. cans tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 (Medium Onion), chopped
  • 2 Green Peppers, chopped
  • 6 Jalepeno Peppers, chopped
  • 4 Tbs Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 link Chorizo
  • 2 large cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 Large Can Tomato Puree

Brown ground beef and Chorizo, drain grease, add onions, green peppers, chili powder,and garlic powder,brown additional 10 minutes.
Add Beans, tomatoes,and pure. Simmer lightly covered about 1 1/2 hours.

*Optional: add cheese and/or crackers if desired

** you can adjust the jalepenos, onion and seasonings to taste (if you want hotter or milder).
